Topical Report - Quality Assurance Program SCE-1-A San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Submitted herewith for your review and concurrence is Change Notice Number 38 to the Topical Report - Quality Assurance Program SCE-1-A. Change Notice 38 reflects changes in the Nuclear Oversight Division's method of in-line review of procurement to a program of audits and surveillances. These changes are considered a reduction in commitments as defined in 10CFR50.54(a) and, thereby, require prior NRC review and concurrence.
This notice will be incorporated in the next amendment to the Topical Report.
