The referenced letter informed you that Mr. Harold B. Ray became Senior Vice President responsible for both the Nuclear Engineering, Safety, and Licensing (NES&L) Department and Nuclear Generation Site (NGS) Department. Mr. Ray's promotion was one of several officer changes which were part of the overall SCE organizational changes being made in anticipation of the retirement of Mr. David J. Fogarty, Executive Vice President.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Mr. Fogarty retired in December 1990 and that Mr. Ray, who previously reported to Mr. Fogarty, now reports directly to Mr. John E. Bryson, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. An organtzation chart is attached for your information.
