Docket No..50-206 Reactor Coolant Leakage, Technical Specification 3.1.4 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 This letter is to inform you that we will need more time than previously committed to prepare a proposed change to the subject technical specification.
As we explained in our July 17, 1990 letter, this proposed change is being prepared as part of the corrective actions for Licensee Event Report (LER) 1-90-004. Our July 17, 1990 letter stated that the revised Technical Specification would be submitted by September 30, 1990. This complex issue has required more time to prepare a submittal than previously expected. We therefore plan to submit this change by November 15, 1990.
