Degraded Grid Voltage and Adequacy of Station Electrical Distribution System Voltages San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 By letter dated May 1, 1980, we indicated our intention to perform a test of the electrical distribution system at San Onofre Unit 1. At that time, it was anticipated that this test would be completed during the first available outage. However, as discussed with yourself and members of the NRC staff, this test will not be performed during the current outage. It is currently our intention to perform the test during the outage planned to occur six effective full power months following startup from the current outage.
Your letter of March 24, 1981, requested information for your review of the subject generic issues. This information was requested within 45 days of our receipt of your letter. Preparation of this information has been delayed due to support of the return to power from the current outage. It is presently anticipated that this information will be submitted by June 15, 1981.
