Docket No. 50-206 San,.Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 By letter dated May 20, 1982 we provided a preliminary set of the San Onofre Unit 1 'Emergency Operating Instructions developed as part of the, emergency.procedures upgrade effort which has been ongoing over the past few months. Since that time, the procedures have been revised to reflect the changes deemed necessary to incorporate the additional work that was done in the area of human factors engineering and resolution of comments resulting from initial training and safety review of the procedures.
Accordingly, enclosed for your review are five copies of the final version of the emergency procedures as approved by the Onsite Review Committee on September-2; 1982. These procedures will be used for additional operator training and it is expected that the training will be completed by November 1, 1982.
