Docket No. 50-206 Free Field Ground Motibn San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 By letter dated June 29, 1982 we provided information regarding the appropriate free field ground motion for the seismic reevaluation of San Onofre Unit 1. In subsequent telephone discussions with the NRC Staff, additional information was requested. This additional information was discussed with the NRC Staff in a meeting on August 4, 1982. The purpose of this letter is to document that information.
Provided as an enclosure to this letter are responses to specific items of interest raised by the NRC Staff in telephone conversations or at the August 4, meeting. Also included is a summary of the ground motion studies performed for the San Onofre site.
