- Don, The above document is not proprietary and should be placed in the PDR. This was discussed with the licensee (Anthony C. Llorens, SONGS 1) on 5/13/99.
Please note that previous revisions were automatically placed in the PDR. All future editions should be placed in the PDR as well unless the licensee specifically requests it not to be. I am still not clear as to why a document such as this would ever be classified as proprietary.
