Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361, and 50-362 1997 Emergency Plan Exercise San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2, and 3 Enclosed are the scenario and data for the San Onofre annual emergency plan exercise scheduled for October 28, 1997. These documents contain information about the exercise. To assure the security of the scenario, they should not be disclosed until after the exercise. Southern California Edison therefore requests that the enclosures not be filed or distributed to exercise participants until after October 28, 1997.
