See Enclosure In response to a request from the NRC Project Manager for San Onofre Unit 1, this letter provides as an enclosure a list of references on the docket regarding the Unit 1 fuel storage building waterproof membrane. Based on our recent review of these letters, Southern California Edison is currently assessing whether the evaluation of the condition of the waterproof membrane should be updated. We will inform you of the results upon completion of this review by December 5, 1997.
