Amendment 18 to the San Onofre Topical Report SCE-1A, Quality Assurance Program Description Submitted for your information is Change Notice 42 to the Southern California Edison (Edison) Topical Report SCE-1-A. Major changes incorporated by this change notice include:

Update to show organizational changes and responsibilities as follows:
Title changes within the Nuclear Oversight Division (NOD), which was reorganized along SALP functional Lines. Transferred Security oversight functions to NOD, and offsite Emergency Planning functions to the Manager, Site Support Services, who reports to the Vice President, Engineering and Technical Services. Revised to show current composition of the Onsite Review Committee.

Clarify which types of plant equipment require evaluation when out-of-tolerance conditions are identified.
