Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Document Control Desk, Revision 6.1 to the Site Emergency Plan San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2, and 3, April 26, 1995 This letter transmits a letter of agreement between the Southern California Edison Company and the South Coast Medical Center for medical treatment of San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) personnel.
Revision 6.0 to the Site Emergency Plan for SONGS included this letter of agreement in Appendix A.
However, this letter of agreement was inadvertently omitted when Revision 6.1 to the Emergency Plan was submitted to the NRC by the referenced letter. The omission was due to an administrative error.
By a separate letter, the South Coast Medical Center letter of agreement is being distributed to all holders of the SONGS Emergency Plan for inclusion in their copies of the Plan.
