Dear Ms. Saul:
The purpose of this letter is to forward Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) implementation documents. Enclosed you will find Data Point Library (DPL) updates for Oconee (number 180), San Onofre (number 181), Beaver Valley (number 182), and Browns Ferry (number 183).
Please note that the Browns Ferry letter includes a change to the unit 2 DPL and a new DPL for unit 3.
This will require creation of all necessary files to add unit 3 to the system.
The information in the unit 2 Plant Attribute Library (PAL) may be used for the unit 3 PAL.
In addition, a new PAL for Waterford (number 184) has been enclosed. These changes should be entered into the ERDS database as soon as possible.
