- 2. Letter dated July 22, 1994, from Walter C. Marsh of Southern California Edison Company to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission transmitting the Southern California Edison Company Topical Report SCE-1-A, "Quality Assurance Program." Amendment 17, dated July 1994.
We have reviewed the Southern California Edison Company Topical Report SCE-1-A. "Quality Assurance Program." Amendment 17, submitted by Reference 2. As stated in the referenced correspondence, and as verified by our review, Amendment 17 incorporates the changes accepted by Reference 1.
Amendment 17 contained no decrease in commitments to the previous program as submitted in Amendment 16. dated July 1993. Therefore. your quality assurance program description continues to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B. and is acceptable.
