50-362/93-40
This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. H. Dean Chaney of this
office on.December 6-7, 1993, of the activities authorized by NRC License Nos.
DPR-13, NPF-10, and NPF-15, your preparations for the January 1, 1994,
implementation of revisions to 10 CFR Part 20, as set forth in Federal
- Register
56 FR 23377, dated May 21, 1991, and to the discussion of our
findings held by the inspector with Messrs. D. Warnock and J. Fee, and other
members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within.these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
No deviations or violations of NRC requirements were identified within the
scope of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
