NRC INSPECTION OF SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1,
2 AND 3 REPORT NOS. 50-206/93-25, 50-361/93-25 AND 50-362/93-25
This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. Virgil L. Beaston and
Mr. Louis C. Carson II of this office during August 23-27, 1993, of the
activities authorized by NRC License Nos. DPR-13, NPF-1O, and NPF-15, and to
the discussions of our findings with Mr. J. Reilly and other members of your
staff identified in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspectors of activities in progress.
No violations or deviations of NRC requirements were identified within the
scope of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and its enclosure
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
