Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361, and 50-362, 10 CFR 50.33(k) (2); Report Assuring the Availability of Funds for Decommissioning San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 The purpose of this letter is to notify the NRC that the trustee for the San Diego Gas &
Electric qualified and non-qualified California Public Utilities Commission decommissioning master trust agreements was changed from Harris Trust and Savings Bank to State Street Bank
& Trust Company. This change was effective on July 1, 1992.
The revised trust agreements are included as enclosures and satisfy the requirements set forth by 10 CFR 50.75(b). The original trust agreements were submitted to the NRC by the above reference.
