SUBJECT:
SAN ONOFRE 1 INTAKE STRUCTURE Concrete cracks and corrosion of the underlying rebar has been found in the wall of the San Onofre 1 intake structure. The licensee will make a presentation on the extent of the problem and proposed corrective actions at a meeting on Thursday, August 23, 1984 at 9:00 in room P-422.
We would appreciate the attendance at this meeting of members of your staff to assist us in evaluating this problem.
