Unit 1 Please find enclosed Southern California Edison Company's check No. A-253170 dated June 7, 1984, in the amount of $9,600.00 as required by 10 CFR 170.22. This fee is remitted in response to your letters dated May 17, 1984 and March 13, 1984 regarding the Division of Licensing (DL) fee assessment for the following amendment applications for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit No. 1:
- 1. August 11', 1982, on the exclusion of tritium from the definition of E and other changes,
- 2. August 10, 1983, on pressurizer pressure-low trip setpoints and revisions to Section 5 of the Appendix A Technical Specification, and
- 3. September 9, 1983, lock closed 24-inch containment purge valves during Modes 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Class II fees were submitted with Items 1 and 2 above, in the amount of $1,200.00 each. No fee was remitted with Item 3 above. The DL has assessed these applications and determined that a Class III fee is appropriate for each application. Therefore, a sum of $9,600.00 is enclosed to complete Class III requirements for these applications.
