REQUEST FOR WITHHOLDING FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE Reference is made to your recent draft letter to Westinghouse Electric Corporation with the same subject line. Our office concurs in the letter with the exception that the second and third paragraphs of the second page should be deleted and the following substituted:
L We have determined that Attachment 4 of the submitted information marked as proprietary, should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.790(b)(5) and Section 103(b) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
We realize that those paragraphs came out of a current NRC procedures manual, but we are in the process of changing those procedures. Your letter has the distinction of being among th irst changes.
