Eisenhut, NRC, EOF Ventilation System, July 22, 1983 Reference 1 indicated to you that the modifications in Reference 2 were completed prior to our December 31, 1983 commitment date, but a further modification to the EOF HVAC control logic was necessary in order to automatically shutdown the internal recirculation fans.
These fans must be shutdown to prevent a negative pressure situation in the EOF HVAC equipment room. This letter is to inform you that the EOF HVAC control logic modification was complete by the committed February 29, 1984 date. The procedures necessary to implement EOF HVAC isolation were also completed prior to the committed February 29, 1984 date.
