Docket No. 50-206 Technical Specification 3.1.3 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 By letter dated January 31, 1984, it was indicated that a proposed change to the Technical Specifications would be submitted by March 15, 1984 to assure that the RCS heatup and cooldown curves of Figures 3.1.3a and 3.1.3b are updated by a license amendment application. It was also indicated that the current Figures 3.1.3a and 3.1.3b would be submitted with the proposed change to the Technical Specifications.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that additional time is required to process the proposed change to the Technical Specifications. It is expected that review and approval by our safety committees can support submittal by May 25; 1984.
