Docket No. 50-206 Technical Specification 3.1.3 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 By letter dated November 22, 1983, you requested that the subject Technical Specification be revised to assure that the RCS heatup and cooldown curves of Figures 3.1.3a and 3.1.3b are updated by a license amendment application. It was also requested that the current Figures 3.1.3a and 3.1.3b be submitted with the proposed change to the Technical Specifications.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that additional time is required to process the requested proposed change to the Technical Specifications. It is expected that review and approval by our safety committees can support submittal by March 15, 1984.
