Dear Sir:

This letter is to request:.that all IE Bulletins, Information Notices, and other correspondence that is addressed to Charles B. McCarthy, be changed to address Mr. Kenneth P. Baskin.

Please note a copy of the letter referenced, that was sent to Region V advising them of the changes within the Southern California Edison Company.

I am enclosing also, a copy of the address label that was attached to a recent IE Bulletin that we received.
