Docket No. 50-206 Fire Protection Technical Specifications San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Proposed Change No. 92 to the San Onofre Unit 1 Technical Specifications was submitted as Amendment Application No. 90 by letter dated April 4, 1980 and included changes to the Fire Protection Technical Specifications. Since that time, additional Fire Protection modifications have been and continue to be installed at the station.
Several telephone discussions were conducted with members of your staff attempting to incorporate these additional changes and to resolve some NRC.staff concerns.
It has been determined that the best way of incorporating all additional changes is to submit a new proposed change as a separate amendment application which supersedes Proposed Change No. 92.
This new proposed change will be submitted by September 1, 1983.
