A recent organizational change within San Diego Gas & Electric Company has shifted the responsibility for nuclear matters from the Engineering Division to the Power Supply Division. The official Nuclear Regulatory Commission distribution list for San Onofre should reflect this change by replacing Gary D. Cotton, Vice President-Engineering with James C. Holcombe, Vice President-Power Supply.

Additionally, I am now the representative of San Diego Gas

& Electric Company who is authorized to sign official NRC licensing documents.
