Docket No. 50-206 Amendment No. 111 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three executed and thirty-seven conformed copies of Amendment No. 111 in Docket No. 50-206. Amendment No. 111 consists of Proposed Change No. 115 to the Technical Specifications incorporated into Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 as Appendices A and B.
Proposed Change No. 115 is a request to revise Appendix A Technical Specification 4.5, Radioactive Liquid Waste Release, and 4.6, Radioactive Gaseous Waste Release, relating to the equations used to determine the concentration limits of liquid and gaseous effluents in unrestricted areas.
This Technical Specification change is being submitted at the request of the Commission for clarification and simplification of the existing Technical Specifications. Accordingly, no license fee is required.
