Docket 50-206 Amendment No. 108 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three executed and thirty-seven conformed copies of Amendment No. 108 in Docket No. 50-206. Amendment No. 108 consists of Proposed Change No. 113 to the Technical Specifications incorporated into Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 as Appendices A and B.
Proposed Change No. 113 is a request to revise Table 4.1.2, Minimum Equipment Check and Sampling Frequency, of Appendix A, Technical Specifications. The principal objective of this revision is to facilitate compliance with Table 4.1.2, by clarifying which of the coolant sampling requirements in the table are pertinent to each reactor operating mode.
Thus this revision is administrative in nature.
It is respectfully requested that Proposed Change No. 113 be reviewed promptly and appropriate action taken.
The Southern California Edison Company's Check No. A-979655 dated July 27, 1982, in the amount of $1,200.00 is enclosed, as required by 10 CFR 170.22.
