Docket 50-206 Amendment No. 105 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three executed and thirty-seven con Drmed-topies of Amendment No. 105 in Docket No. 50-206. Amendment No. 105 consists of Proposed Change No. 112 to the Technical Specifications incorporated into Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 as Appendices A and B.

Proposed Change No. 112 is a request to revise Section 6.11, "Radiation Protection Program" of Appendix A, Technical Specifications. This revision would enable us to implement certain improved methods to control personnel access to the high radiation areas, in accordance with the option presented in 10 CFR Part 20, Section 20.203(c)(5). Additionally, this revision permits a uniform practice to be followed at Units 1 and 2 of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.

It is respectfully requested that Proposed Change No. 112 be reviewed promptly and appropriate action taken.

The Southern California Edison Company's check No. A-942212 dated April 16, 1982, in the amount of $1,200.00 is enclosed, as required by 10CFR170.22.
