Denton, NRC, Amendment No. 104, April 5, 1982 The referenced letter submitted the subject amendment which consisted of Proposed Change No. 109 to the Technical Specifications incorporated into Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 as Appendix A. The purpose of this letter is to transmit a corrected page number three for the thirty-seven conformed copies of the subject amendment that were enclosed with the referenced letter.
Due to an editorial error, the name under the title:
