Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361, and 50-362 Quality Assurance Program Description San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 10CFR50.54(a) requires an annual submittal of the current Quality Assurance Program description for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3. Pursuant to the above regulation, submitted herewith are the following:
Enclosure I Consists of Topical Report SCE-1A, Quality Assurance Program, Amendment 15, dated July 1992.
The QA program described in this Topical Report is presently applicable to San Onofre, Units 1, 2, and 3.
Enclosure II Identifies changes introduced in Amendment 15 of Topical Report SCE-1A, as compared with Amendment 14.
Amendment 14 describes the QA program previously accepted by the NRC for San Onofre, Units 1, 2, and 3.

The change updates the organizational structure, titles and responsibilities as the result of senior management realignments.
Reason for Change (including basis for concluding that the change satisfies the criteria of 10CFR50, Appendix B, and the quality assurance program commitments previously accepted by the NRC):
Update the SCE quality assurance program as required by 10CFR50.54(a).
The change clarifies the SCE organizational structure as required in 10CFR50 Appendix B, Criterion I.
