SONGS EMERGENCY PLAN REVISION 4.0 Gentlemen:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your May 3, 1991, letter which transmitted Revision 4.0 to the SONGS Emergency Plan. We have completed our review of your emergency plan. Based upon this review, it is our conclusion that the revised emergency plan continues to meet the planning standards in 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix E.
