The purpose of this letter is to reschedule completion of four of the actions identified in the above referenced letter. These actions are:
- 1)
Include EOI attachments with the EOI's.
(This is Item I, Control Room and Plant Walkdowns, Part 2, EOI Attachments in the attachment to the referenced letter)
- 2)
Verify that the EOI's are consistent with the EOI's writers guide.
(This is Item I, Human Factors Review of EOIs (Writers Guide) in the attachment to the referenced letter)
- 3)
Resolve 47 Human Factors EOI issues. (This is Item II, paragraph 5 in the attachment to the referenced letter)
- 4)
Include Harsh environment information in the EOI's.
(This is Item I, Procedure Reviews in the attachment to the referenced Letter)
Actions 1, 2, and 3 above will be completed by March 29, 1992.
Action 4 will be completed prior to the end of the Unit 1 Cycle 12 refueling outage. We have previously discussed rescheduling these actions with Mr. G. Johnston of your staff.

-2 This schedule change has been made to coordinate revision of the Unit 1 EOIs with several other ongoing issues. These other issues are completion of the Unit 1 Plant Specific Simulator, the next scheduled update of the Unit 1 EOIs, and completion of Loop Uncertainty Studies.
SCE anticipates completion of these issues will require changes to the EOIs and believes coordinating these changes in a single EOI revision to be prudent.
