Docket Nos. 50-361 and 50-362 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 In responding to your Analysis Branch, Systems Analysis Section Question 222.34 requesting the input data used in the CESEC and TORC computer codes for analysis of several steam. line and feedline breaks, a substantial amount of proprietary information must be presented. SCE agrees to submit this proprietary information to the NRC staff in accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.
Enclosed are 1) three (3) copies of the response to NRC question 222.34 recently submitted in Amendment 19 to the FSAR, 2) three (3) copies of the proprietary Combustion Engineering document CEN-127(S)-P referenced in the response (Copy Nos. 002, 003, 005), 3) three (3) copies of the non-proprietary version of CEN-127(S)-P, and 4) an affidavit setting forth the basis on which the information may be held from public disclosure by the Commission and addressing specifically the considerations listed in paragraph (b) (4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the information which is proprietary to Combustion Engineering, Inc. be withheld from public disclosure in accordarce with 10 CFR Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
