RO Bulletin 74-11 fImproper Wiring of Safety Injection Logic at Zion 1 & 2 Reference is made to your correspondence of October 17, 1974 forwarding the subject RO Bulletin.
We have reviewed the safeguard logic and the methods employed to verify that the system installation is in agreement with vendor speci fications.
San Onofre Unit 1 instrument and Test Procedure S-II-2. 4 verifies the entire safeguards system logic and logic operability from process sensor inputs to final output.
The test is accomplished during each refueling.
The above response completes the investigation requested by your office.
