Dear Mr. Taylor:
Last May you replied to Congressman Ron Packard who had passed on to the NRC some concerns I have regarding the San Onofre Nuclear Station, Unit 1.
Congressman Packard forwarded your letter, with its enclosures, on to me.
In-the enclosed NRC Confirmatory Order dated January 2, 1990 that pertained to the scheduling of FTOL open items applicable to San Onofre Unit 1, on Page 4 it is stated: "The licensees propose to install the reactor vessel level monitor and upgrade the core exit thermocouples at the same time by not later than fuel cycle 12, and submit specific implementation plans by December 1,- 1990."
It is now past December 1, 1990.
Can you tell me if the specific implementation plans referred to above have been received by the NRC?
