This letter refers to the visit to your facility on May 8, 1987 by Professor F. H. Attix, a NRC consultant. The purpose of the visit was to gather additional data relevant to your processing of Southern California Edison Company TLD finger badge #80365.
Professor Attix prepared the enclosed letter to the NRC, dated May 15, 1987, reporting the results of his visit.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a) of the Commission's regulations, a copy of the enclosed letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room. If this letter contains any information that you believe to be exempt from disclosure under 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4), it is necessary that you (a) notify this office by telephone within ten (10) days from the date of this letter of your intention to file a request for withholding; and (b) submit within 25 days from the date of this letter a written application to this office to withhold such information. Such application must be consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1). If we do not hear from you in this regard within the specified periods noted above, this information will be made available to the public and placed in the Public Document Room.
