Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2 and 3 The NRC's letter of February 16, 1982 which issued Operating License No. NPF-10 for San Onofre Unit 2 also requested signatures of all Applicants on Amendment No. 16 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-31. Amendment 16 revises Indemnity Agreement No.
B-31 to reflect the issuance of the San Onofre Unit 2 Operating License. Consistent with the NRC's request, enclosed please find a copy of Amendment No. 1.6 which has been signed by Southern California Edison
- Company, San Diego Gas and Electric Company, the City of Anaheim, California and the City of Riverside, California.

, Indemnity Agreement No. B-31, between Southern California Edison Company, San Diego Gas and Electric Company; City of Riverside, California, and the City of Anaheim, California, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated June 3, 1966, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Item 3 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
