Docket Nos. 50-361 and 50-362 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 In accordance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix E Section V, provided as Enclosure 1, are ten copies of the procedures implementing the San Onofre Units 2 and 3 Emergency Plan. The enclosure consists of procedures in the S-VIII series. These procedures will be approved and in effect at Units 2 and 3 by fuel loading of Unit 2. In the event the enclosed procedures are revised prior to fuel loading of Unit 2, revisions will be provided to you.

Provided as Enclosure 2 is a copy of the procedures which contain proprietary information. The information has been indicated by brackets in accordance with your July 9, 1981 letter. This information includes telephone numbers and addresses of SCE employees, medical agencies and various governmnt agencies. All future submittals regarding the emergency plan and implementing procedures will identify all information which is considered privacy and proprietary.
