Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361, and 50-362 Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2, and 3 The purpose of this letter is to-provide the Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report (SRERR). The SRERR is required to be submitted.by Technical Specification 6.9.1.8 of the Unit 1 Facility Operating License, DPR-13, and the Units 2 and 3 Facility Operating Licenses, NPF-10 and NPF-15, respectively. The SRERR for the period January 1, 1992 through June 30, 1992 is provided as Enclosure 1.
The Unit 1 Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) requires Southern California Edison (SCE) to report in the SRERR any changes made to the Process Control Program (PCP), the ODCM, and major changes to the Radioactive Waste Treatment Systems. Two revisions to the PCP procedure were issued and are included in the SRERR. The ODCM, incorporating Revisions 7 and 8 for Unit 1, is included as Enclosure 2. There were no changes to the Unit 1 Radioactive Waste Treatment Systems during this period.

Document Control Desk August 26, 1992 Units 2 and 3 Technical Specification 6.14.2.3 requires that SCE report in the SRERR any changes made to the ODCM. On February 28, 1992, Revision 25 to the Units 2 and 3 ODCM was issued. A copy is included as Enclosure 2. Additionally, the Units 2 and 3 ODCM requires that any changes made to the PCP be included in the SRERR. Two revisions to the PCP procedure were issued and are included in the SRERR.
