C. and in the Mission Viejo Branch Library, 24851 Chrinanta Drive, Mission Viejo, California.
The Draft Statement is also being made available at the Office of the Governor, Office of Planning and Research, 1400 Tenth Street, Sacramento, California, and at the San Diego County Comprehensive Planning Organization, Security Pacific Plaza, 1200 Third Avenue, San Diego, California. Requests for copies of the Draft Environmental Statement should be addressed to the U S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, washington, D. C., Attention:
Director, Division of Site Safety and Environmental Analysis.

Pursuant to 10 CfR Part fl, interested persons may submit comments on the Applicant's Environmental Report. as supplementedt and the Draft Environmental Statement for the Comtission's considerationi Federal and State agencies are being provided with copies of the Applicant's Environmental Report and the Draft Environmental Statement (local agencies may obtain these documents upon request), Cortents are due by January 22, 1979.CorWrnents by Federal, State, and local officials, or other persons received by the Commission will be made available for public inspection at the Commission's Public Document Room in Washington.
