Dear Mr. Lewis:
Thank you for your April 27, 1981 letter commenting on two of our supplemental draft environmental statements related to Susquehanna Units 1 and 2 and San Onofre Units 2 and 3 regarding the environmental impact of postulated acci dents at these facilities. Your comments are timely (within the allowed 45 day comment period) with respect to the Susquehanna DES, NUREG-0564 Supple ment No. 2 and will be considered in our preparation of the Final Environ mental Statement on this case. Furthermore, your letter will be made a part of the official files on both of these cases.
Your letter states: "I have neither the time nor the inclination to comment upon all the insufficiencies, errors, and just plain lies in these NUREGS."
