San Onofre Transmisson Project Prooosed Memorandum of Agreement This is to inform you that the difficulties with the proposed Memorandum of Agreement for the above-referenced undertaking have been resolved to my satisfaction.
I would recommend that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission forward the proposed agreement to the Advisory Council for their action.
In addition, I have reviewed the scope of services prepared by Westex Services as consultants for the utilities, Southern California Edison and San Diego Gas and Electric. I believe the proposed research covered by the scope of services will allow your agency to fulfill its responsibility under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended.
