We are vitally concerned that the economic, environmental.,
and social wellbeing of the State of California be main tained, and an adequate supply of energy is critical in meeting these concerns. We also feel there must be a strong commitment to conservation of the nation's limited resources and development of efficient and secure new sources of energy.
We strongly urge that you proceed with the timely processing of the operation licenses for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3.
