WATERFORD STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 3-REASSIGNMENT OF BRANCH CHIEF FOR PLANT LICENSING BRANCH IV
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is to inform you that effective November 3, 2013, Mr. Douglas A. Broaddus was assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief of the Plant Licensing IV-2 and Decommissioning Transition Branch. This branch in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, will have licensing oversight responsibility for the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 (Waterford 3). Effective the same date, Kaly Kalyanam, the Waterford 3 Licensing Project Manager, will also be assigned to this branch.
Mr. Broaddus assumes all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Mr. Michael T. Markley, Plant Licensing Branch IV-1, regarding Waterford 3.
