CRYSTAL RIVER UNIT 3 NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT-REASSIGNMENT OF DIVISION OF OPERATING REACTOR LICENSING BRANCH CHIEF
Dear Mr. Hobbs:
This letter is to inform you that effective November 3, 2013, Mr. Douglas A. Broaddus was assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief of the Plant Licensing IV-2 and Decommissioning Transition Branch.- This branch in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, will have licensing oversight responsibility for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant (CR3). Effective the same date, Christopher Gratton, the CR3 Licensing Project Manager, will also be assigned to this branch.
Mr. Broaddus assumes all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Mr. Jessie Quichocho, Plant Licensing Branch 11-2, regarding the CR3.
