Dear Mr. Badham:
After discovering that my Homeowner'd policy does not cover my swelling or its contents from possible damage from tbe San Onofre nuclear power station, I inquired about the possibility of purchasing such coverage.
If my understanding is correct, I am unable to pur chase such insurance and that a piece of federal legislation called the Price-Anderson Act limits the liability of the utility companies in the event of an accident.
Does this mean that I take the full risk and con sequences of any damage to my family and/or my dwelling in the event of a nuclear accident?
Please advise me as to the facts involved in this matter. If my understanding is correct about my exposure do you plan to do anything about it.
