In reviewing the transcript of the July 17, 1980 prehearing conference in this proceeding, it appears that certain statements ascribed to me were in fact made by Mr. Wharton, counsel for FOE, et al.
In particular, page 239, lines 14-22, 25; page 240, lines 1-2, 4-25; page 241, lines 1-22; page 266, lines 3-25; page 267, lines 1-25; and page 268, lines 1-19, should be corrected to show these statements as being made by Mr. Wharton. Mr. Wharton has authorized me to represent to the Board that he concurs with the foregoing corrections.
Please be advised that the above are not intended to reflect all transcript corrections which may be necessary; rather, I bring these to the Board's attention because of their gross nature and obvious bearing on the position of the respective parties on the matters discussed.
