Accordingly, enclosed is a copy of the Staff's review, which is Enclosure 1 to the May 23, 1980 letter from Mr. Harold R. Denton, Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, to Mr. Michael 1. Fischer, Executive Director, Dalifornia Coastal Commission.
