5. status of Staff's review and preparation of Safety Evaluation Report and Final Environmental Statementq, and review by ACRS,

6. status of discovery and schedule for further discovery,

7. status of Applicants' Motion for Summary Disposition,

8. tentative schedule for further prehearing conference(s) and evidentiary

hearing,

9. concluding comments by Licensing Board and counsel.
