This is in response to your recent request for a report prepared by Drs. Jan Beyea and Frank von Hippel concerning consequences of worst-case radioactive releases at Three Mile Island.

This report, entitled,"Some Long-Term Consequences of Hypothetical Major.

Releases of Radioactivity to the Atmosphere from Three Mile Island," was prepared by Drs. Beyea and von Hippel for the Council on Environmental Quality and is still in draft from. However, I have been informed by CEQ that it is considered by them to be publicly available and, accordingly, I am enclosing a copy for your information.
